By accessing or using Pedivo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pedivo. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You may not share your account with others
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms

How Pedivo Works

Step Tracking

Pedivo tracks your steps using your device's sensors. Step counts are estimates and may not be 100% accurate. We are not responsible for discrepancies in step counting.

Coin System

Coins are virtual currency earned through step activity. Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Coin conversion rates may change at our discretion.

Rewards

Rewards are subject to availability and partner terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any reward at any time. Rewards are non-transferable and may have expiration dates.

User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Cheat, manipulate, or artificially inflate your step counts
  • Use bots, automation, or devices to generate fake steps
  • Harass, bully, or abuse other users
  • Share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the app
  • Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Health Disclaimer

Pedivo is a fitness tracking app, not a medical device or health service. Our calorie calculations and health metrics are estimates only. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any fitness program. We are not responsible for any health issues resulting from using our app.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Pedivo are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pedivo and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Pedivo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
